1. Logistics and charges

We levy a shipping charge on cart values below INR 499. Shipping is waived off on single orders with cart value above INR 499.
Shipping charges will be displayed in the check out page, right before the final payment. 
On receipt of the order from you, our team shall dispatch the order through a reputed logistics partner. In case the logistics partner does not have a network to deliver to your location, we may use speed post, etc.
 

2. Dispatch of orders

Normally, we ship your order within 72 hours of receiving the order and it takes 7 to 10  business days to reach your doorstep. The delivery time is, however, totally dependent on the location and local services.

In case you face any issue relating to delivery of the order, please report it to us at ​astronuts.india@gmail.com in no later than 14 days after receiving your item.
 

3. Shipping updates

We will keep you informed with the status of the order. Once the order is dispatched from our end, you shall receive a text message on the mobile no. and an e-mail in the ID available in our records, with shipping details such as name of the logistics partner, docket no. and other related information.
